The remote chalet had a convenient home-y feel with a jacuzzi and outdoor dining table. The interior design gave a modern-urban feel and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided great views. There was a nice coffee place nearby and the location was close to dining options. Maintenance was prompt and the staff friendly. The resort had a great pool and our accommodation had its own terrace with a BBQ.

During my Christmas vacation, I loved the comfortable beds at the hotel. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to come back to a cozy and supportive mattress. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a picturesque setting, surrounded by beautiful scenery, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in nature. the breathtaking views just outside our window made our stay even more memorable. What I enjoyed the most was the jacuzzi right outside our room. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a chilly day.
One aspect that disappointed me was the early closure of the facilities. It would have been nice to have more time to utilize and enjoy the amenities, especially during the Christmas season.

The chalet we stayed in was a perfect getaway, located in a remote location surrounded by nature. the jacuzzi outside the backyard was a real treat, and the grill and outdoor dining table made for great barbecues. the interior design was calming and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a stunning view from the bedroom.
The cleanliness of the place was not up to par, with dust and debris found upon arrival. the maintenance and service could have been better maintained.

the chalet we stayed in was located in a remote location, providing the perfect getaway. We loved being surrounded by nature while enjoying the cozy comforts of home. the design and equipment of the chalet were top, notch, and we particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi right outside in the backyard. the outdoor dining area with a grill was perfect for barbecues, and the floor, to, ceiling windows in the bedroom offered breathtaking views in the morning. the location was also great, with easy access to Mont, Tremblant village and resort, where we found plenty of dining options. our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend Bel Air Tremblant Hotel & Residences for a wonderful family retreat. Cons: Nothing, all was good! 😊.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the village and the resort. the coffee place in the clubhouse served excellent coffee and provided a convenient spot to relax. the beautiful scenery around the hotel added to the overall experience.
The check-in process was a bit of a nightmare. the instructions for my arrival were incorrect, and there was no one to assist me when I arrived after hours.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape at this hotel. The Mini Loft we stayed in was incredible, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provided breathtaking views. The cozy and firm beds made for a comfortable night's sleep. The best part was definitely the jacuzzi, where we could relax and enjoy the snowy surroundings. On top of that, the staff, particularly Gilles, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, especially since we arrived in the dark and our GPS wasn't working. However, Gilles came to our rescue and guided us to the Mini Loft.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The Mini Loft was lovely and the beds and pillows provided a perfect balance of comfort and support. The floor to ceiling windows offered stunning views, and the overall cleanliness and amenities exceeded our expectations. Gilles, who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We also loved the jacuzzi, even in the snowy weather. The location was convenient, close to Mont Tremblant village and resort, with plenty of dining options nearby. I highly recommend the zip line experience provided by the resort as well. it was a fantastic family retreat and I can't wait to book again next summer.
The only thing that could have been better was the limited hours of the hot tub, which closed at 6pm. It would have been great to have the option to enjoy it after a day of skiing.

The design and layout of the loft was spectacular. Check-in process made very easy. Staff were nice. Great location, great resort with a very nice pool that is shared for the resort. Modern accommodation and we had our own terrace with BBQ which was great.
Really disappointing that the hot tub is only open until 6pm. This policy needs to change.
